Do I need to subscribe to try it?
No. Your first bag is PKR 599 for up to 3 suits, washed and ironed. Try the service before choosing a monthly plan.
What can I put in the bag?
The plans cover suits: a shalwar kameez, two pieces. Shirts, jeans, towels, bedsheets and other items are priced separately. We confirm the price before taking them.
What if I’m not in when the rider arrives?
Leave your bag with hostel reception and let us know on WhatsApp. The rider counts your items and sends you the list before leaving.
How do payments work?
Payment is taken at pickup. You can use cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. We confirm the amount and payment details on WhatsApp.
What if something is lost or damaged?
Message us within 24 hours of delivery. For genuine loss or damage, Laundryala compensates you directly, up to five times the cleaning charge for the affected item.
